The objectives of the project are the intensification of the employees’ protection against stigmatization and discrimination in the workplace through the improvement of employees’ access to prevention services, their taking in charge and support; the reduction of the fatal effects of HIV/AIDS in social and economic development and in the field of employment. These objectives will be reached through reducing the level of discrimination in employment towards persons living with HIV/AIDS; and through reducing risk behaviours in HIV/AIDS among the employees’ targets.
