Consolidating the Legal and Institutional Foundations of Social Dialogue in Ukraine

To promote sound legal and institutional foundations for social dialogue and contribute to the consolidation of democracy and stability in Ukraine through: 1. Law enforcement (ensure an effective enforcement of the new Labour Law). 2. Legislative changes (harmonize existing social and labour legislation with the new Labour Law). 3. Strengthening of the labour administration (enhance the efficiency and the services delivered by the labour administration to the social partners and the public in general) 4. Strengthening social dialogue actors and institutions (reinforce the capacity of social partners and modernize the institutions for social dialogue).
