Poverty Reduction through Skills and MSE Development

"Poverty Reduction through Skills and MSE Development" will work on the demand and supply side of the labour market by designing policies and interventions addressing skills gaps among retrenched workers and the rural poor to improve their employability and also the competitiveness of MSEs. On the demand side, the component will work on integrating MSEs into higher national and global value chains, thus promoting more equitable access of the poor to market opportunities in line with the thinking around "Making Markets Work for the Poor".
