Regulatory frameworks to protect rights and create decent jobs

The project aims to answer the trade unions’ needs on technical assistance and strengthening their capacity to enforce basic trade union rights and improving capacity in employment national policies. It has two modules, the first dealing with fundamental rights with emphasis on Freedom of Association, reinforcing the trade unions capacity in dealing with non affiliates and excluded social groups, in the informal economy and EPZ. The second module aims to improve trade union capacities in dealing with the implementation of the Global Employment Agenda of the ILO, with emphasis on youth employment.
