Fortalecimiento de los sindicatos ante los nuevos retos de la integración en América Latina

The project aims reducing decent work deficit and strengthening de trade union organizations’ capacities and participation in the framework of the ongoing regional integration process in Latin America, in order to enforce the Fundamental Rights with special emphasis on freedom of association and collective bargaining. It aims increasing trade union membership and consolidating education teams able to cover the many aspects of the Decent Work agenda, besides improving the presence of workers’ organizations in the governance of the integration process, improving their participation in tripartite mechanisms and institutional reconnaissance by governments and societies.
