HIV/AIDS prevention in the transport sector

The SIDA ILO/AIDS project on “HIV & AIDS Prevention and Impact mitigation in the Transport Sector in South Africa” aims at mobilizing the tripartite constituents and other strategic partners to contribute to the reduction of HIV/AIDS infections among transport workers and mitigation of its effects and negative impact on the overall sector through sustainable prevention, care and support structures and programmes involving the affected communities.
