Capacity building for return, reintegration and temporary migration of Afghan workers and their protection

Improve the capacity of the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs, social partners and concerned stakeholders to assess the needs of returned workers, and to formulate policies and programmes for their sustainable reintegration and labour market absorption. Establish capacity and awareness within the MOLSA, and among social partners and concerned stakeholders for planning basic labour migration operations, to protect workers overseas, and to effectively dialogue and negotiate with host country counterparts. Improve the legislative framework and labour code relating to labour migration for the protection of migrant workers in line with international norms, especially ILO instruments.
