Promoting Social Protection and Improving Dispute-Settlement System to Archive Decent Work

The project will contribute to: (1) health and income protection of workers who may suffer from occupational injuries and diseases in participating countries through the social security system; (2) enhancing the OSH protection of workers and owners in small construction sites in participating countries; and (3) economic development and social peace in China and Viet Nam through sound industrial relations enabled by more efficient dispute-settlement service. It aims at sharing experience and lessons learned among countries in the region as well as strengthening their capacity. The fellowship programmes under this project will be followed up with activities in some participating countries.
