· Advice and support to the Steering Committee with regard to policy and strategy development, resource allocation and programming, project approval, financial modalities and the selection of Implementation Consultants. · Establishment and joint management of the PIU. Developing coordination systems with other ministries, manage programming and resource allocation, and coordinate with stakeholders (ministries, donors, international agencies, implementing partners).
