Temporary Alternative Income Generation in Conflict Affected Countries (Emergency Livelihood Recovery project in Jaffna, Kilinochchi and Batticaloa)

Implemention of the Emergency Livelihood Recovery Project (ELRP) in Jaffna, Kilinochchi and Batticoloa. Activities supported under this agreement will provide emergency livelihood assistance to the conflict affected communities in the 3 specific districts. Hiring of unskilled labour from among these beneficiaries for draingage and road-way cleaning. Providing temporary income-earning opportunities to conflict affected people through the rehabiliation of community infrastructure assets.
