Promoting Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work in Jordan
The project seeks to address the specific challenges of the government, employers and workers organizations to build local capacity and national cooperation, and to strengthen the enforcement of legislation for social dialogue. Accordingly, targeted groups are trained to apply and extend social dialogue principles and rights in the domain of industrial relations: Labour Inspectors and Officers of the Ministry of Labor, workers' and employer's organizations, and representatives of consultative bodies, such as the Jordanian Economic and Social Council and the Tripartite Labor Committee.
