Decent Work in the Fishing Sector in African and Latin American Countries

The purpose of this project is to support the rational and sustainable development of the fishing sector and of aquaculture and to improve the social and working conditions of the workers in the sector, with special reference to gender equality, the promotion of youth employment, the right to decent work, training in fishing and aquaculture and the promotion of good practices, in particular those based on the Spanish fishing model, among selected Latin American and African countries.
