Strengthening Social Dialogue in Ukraine

The project aims at strengthening social dialogue in the design, implementation and monitoring of employment policies and labour legislation in Ukraine. The specific objectives, to be achieved through targeted trainings organized by the International Training Center of the ILO, are: 1. Analyze labour situation and trends in Ukraine and compare them with other European countries; 2. Analyze and discuss ILO policy recommendations for the governance of labour market from both economic and social point of view; 3. Define how to enforce lefislation concerning social dialogue; 4. Address specific issues concerning employment and working conditions; 5. Promote a culture of social dialogue.
