Peer-Review of NHIF Actuarial Valuation report as of June 2007

The project is to support the financial governance of the social security system of Tanzania by way of peer-reviewing the internal actuarial review of the National Health Insurance Fund (NHIF). The output of this project is an official ILO report on the audit of the internal actuarial valuation of the NHIF to ensure that the actuarial report produced by the NHIF Actuary has duly respected and complied with ILO guidelines for the actuarial valuation of social security schemes as well as with ILO conventions and tripartite practice.
