Promoting Youth Employment and Employability - Youth Employment Network

YEN forms part of the Global Partnership (GP) on Youth Employment and Employability that will receive co funding from the World Bank’s Development Grant Scheme (DGF). The Grant will be used to promote activities in coordination with the other members of the partnership: IYF, UCW, and AUDI/MENA CPI. The grant for activities to be implemented by the YEN Secretariat includes the following three components for the fiscal year 2009: YEN’s competitive grant scheme for youth employment in the Mano River Union, the organization of a knowledge sharing event, and the co-funding of a labour market needs assessment in West Africa.
