Actuarial valuation of the old-aged pension branch of social security scheme for formal private workers in Thailand

The main Terms of reference of the project: - Review the existing actuarial studies (actuarial review of the old-age benefit branch of the Social Security Fund; review the health care financing model developed by EU/ILO/HCRP) - Consult with the SSO on possible reform plans of the SSO old-age pension scheme and health insurance scheme - Decide on options of the design of the reform in details - Assess the adequacy of the present capitation method - Specify data to be collected - Carry out actuarial projections corresponding to the status-quo and reform options Consult and present the results to SSO - Provide actuarial valuation report
