Strengthening Social Dialogue phase II (ACT/EMP)

The focus of this programme will be to improve the capacities of the social partners and improve the dialogue between them, both through joint, parallel and separate activities on social dialogue related issues in general and youth employment, gender and sustainable enterprises in particular. As capable partners are a prerequisite for meaningful social dialogue, capacity building on social dialogue and the related topics will form part of the activities. This strategy is partly based on the conclusions from the late 2007 evaluation of the ACTRAV project in the previous phase.
