ILO Support to the AIDS strategy and action plan (ASAP) Business Plan (2008-2009)

Project executive summary: The project objectives are to build the capacity of ILO’s staff to support the Peer review process of AIDS Strategy and Business Plan (ASAP) at country level (2008 – 2009), and to help build the capacity of ILO’s workplace constituents in five countries to ensure the integration of workplace components into National HIV/AIDS Strategies and Action Plans. Expected outputs are: ILO’s constituents in the selected countries have the capacity to better support the integration of the world of work into national HIV/AIDS strategies, Implementation Guidelines for the integration of TB into existing HIV/AIDS workplace programmes and policies are developed, a Guidance note on the integration of the world of work into National AIDS Strategies at the national level is developed
