Employment Promotion Project

The livelihoods program aims to contribute to the recovery of the people affected by the earthquake in Mianzhu County. In this project, considering the vulnerable situation and the request from the county government, the farmers who lost farmlands in Mianzhu County will be first priority target group and disabled people are second priority group. The program consists of two components to enable affected people to restart or start their livelihoods activities. Component 1 is to provide financial supports through Micro Finance such as loan and/or guarantee. Component 2 is to provide vocational and/or business training to the target group.
