Training support to improve compliance under better work Jordan

The purpose of this project is a) to develop and implement a training component of Better Work Jordan that will compliment and strneghten the advisory services offered to participating facgories and b) to develop effective training modules in two areas of common need identified through factory assessments, human resource management and occupational safety and health. The importance of factories more effectively developing systems to addresss these two areas is magnified by the prevalence of migrant workers in teh apparel sector in Jordan and the particular challenges this poses.
