PROMOTING YOUTH EMPLOYMENT AND EMPLOYABILITY
The Youth Employment Network (YEN), a partnership of UN, ILO, and World Bank, focuses on promoting a culture of results measurement for youth employment policies and programs trying to broaden the evidence on what works. In line with this agenda the proposal includes three components being (1) the Youth Employment Inventory which is the only global repository of youth employment programs and their results, (2) the YEN Marketplace which is an interactive web portal brokering partnerships and promoting exchange between youth employment stakeholders, (3) YEN Evaluation Clinic providing technical assistance to practitioners encouraging them to go through rigorous impact evaluations.
