It is framed within the regional and global priorities of the ILO that meet the priorities of regulation and monitoring of international labour migration and the protection of the rights of domestic workers. The action proposed aims at building on the momentum created by the adoption of unified contract and the decree on regulating and monitoring private placement agencies.
