Gender Audit ta in Jakara to build capacity to undertake a gender audit in HIV programme
This is a small grant from UNAIDS to ILO, Jakarta so that ILO will be able to conduct a gender-audit training workshop specifically relating to HIV. ILO Gender Audit is a tool and a process based on a participatory methodology. The process promotes organizational learning at the individual, work unit and organizational levels to mainstream gender in a practical and effective way. ILO Indonesia has already conducted the Gender Audit process in their office and with couple of organizations. The organization that participates in the Gender Audit process selects the participants to learn and understand the GA process. The participants would eventually conduct and continue the gender audit process in their own organization.
