Promoting Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work

The proposed project will seek to address these challenges in both law and practice by facilitating an improved legal framework in conformity with ILS and in particular C87 and C98; enhancing the freedom and capacity of workers and their representatives to exercise their rights in practice; and improving labour-management cooperation at the enterprise level. The implementation of this project will contribute to build a solid ground that will ensure the successful implementation of a potential fully fledge Better Work programme in Bangladesh.
