2012-13 UBRAF Contribution to the ILO
The 2012-13 funding to the ILO, within the framework of UNAIDS Unified Budget, Results and Accountability Framework (UBRAF) for 2012-2015, is designed to accommodate the ILO’s contributions to UNAIDS’ ten strategic goals. In particular, the ILO’s deliverables are identified under the following goals in UBRAF Results, Accountability and Budget Matrix: 1. A1: Sexual transmission of HIV reduced by half, including among young people, men who have sex with men and transmission in the context of sex work; 2. B1: Universal access to antiretroviral therapy for people living with HIV who are eligible for treatment; 3. B2: TB death among people living with HIV reduced by half; 4. B3: PLHIV and households affected by HIV are addressed in all national social protection strategies and have access to essential care and support; 5. C1: Countries with punitive laws and practices around HIV transmission, sex work, drug use or homosexuality that block effective responses reduced by half; 6. C2: HIV-related restrictions on entry, stay and residence eliminated in half of all national HIV responses; 7. C3: HIV-specific needs of women and girls are addressed in at least half of all national HIV responses; 8. C4: Zero tolerance for gender-based violence.
