Promoting Fundamental Principles and Rights at Work in Georgia

The overall objective of this 12 month project is to develop more harmonious labour relations on tripartite and bi-partite levels. In this respect the project will focus on two main areas: building the trust between the partners and enhancing their understanding and capacity to enter into negotiations and collective bargaining and to prevent disputes, and assisting the tripartite constituents in establishing a conciliation and mediation mechanism for resolving labour disputes.
