Measuring Stigma, Discrimination, Human Rights Violations and Gender Inequality experienced by People Living with HIV and Key Affected Populations in Thailand, with a Focus on Health Service Delivery

Stigma and discrimination has been a major barrier to PLHIV accessing HIV services. The Ministry of Health, Thailand has requested the ILO to lead an assessment to determine the barriers and facilitating factors contributing to reducing such discrmination. This project is co-financed between ILO, UNAIDS, UNFPA, UNDP.
