Measuring stigma, discrimination, human rights violations and gender inequality experienced by people living with HIV and key affected populations in Thailand, with a focus on health service delivery
The ILO leads this inter-agency collaborative research project to develop a survey tool to measure stigma, discrimination, human rights violations and gender inequality experienced by people living with HIV in the health care sector in Thailand. The iimplementation of these survey tools will be in three provinces and the development of a set of questions to be answered by key affected populations will be included in the Thailand national integrated biological and behavioural survey instruments for future applications. This project aims to accelerate Thailand's response to stigma, discrimination, human rights violations and gender inequality experienced by peole living with HIV and key affected populations through improved strategic informaiton and monitoring on a sub-national and national level with a specific focus on health service delivery.
