The objective of the project is to contribute for building and implementing the Decent Work Agenda of the National Health System, through: 1. Developing technical cooperation activities among the Ministry of Health, WHO/PAHO and ILO. 2. Creating mechanisms for implementing actions to improve working relations, conditions of work and workers' health, including the prevention of HIV and the combat of all forms of discrimination. 3. Fostering social dialogue through the strengthening of the National Health System's Permanent Negotiation Mechanism ("Mesa Nacional de Negociacao Permanent do SUS) and other negotiation mechanisms. 4. Elaborating decent work indicators, in particular to monitor the implementation of the Decent Work Agenda of the National Health System
