Supporting Sustainable, Child Labor Free Vanilla-Growing Communities in Sava

This project “Supporting Sustainable, Child Labor Free Vanilla-Growing Communities in Sava” expresses the vision of the International Labor Organization (ILO), the Sustainable Vanilla Initiative (SVI) and their national and international partners for a transformed vanilla sector in Madagascar. The project’s goal is to significantly reduce the prevalence of child labor in Sava and more than that, to contribute to vanilla becoming a source of prosperity for vanilla-growing communities through fair and sustainable livelihoods for small-holder vanilla farmers and their families and decent work for adults and youth of legal working age.
