Enhancing the productivity for SME’s employing Jordanians in the garment sector

The project objective is that, by the end of this intervention, Jordanian satellite factories will have solid tools and know-how in order to address productivity issues at their factory. The objective will be achieved through the following outputs: Output 1: A training needs assessment is conducted. Output 2: A productivity-enhancing training toolkit for workers and managers is designed. Output 3: Advisory services conducted. Output 4: Delivery and completion of training of workers and managers using Training Toolkits. Output 5: Framework for dissemination and participation in relevant meetings/policy discussions.
