Sustaining Competitive and Responsible Enterprises (SCORE) phase III – China
The ILO SCORE Programme is assisting governments, industry associations and trade unions in Africa, Asia and Latin America to develop export and domestic industrial sectors, with a particular focus on competitiveness and decent work in small and medium enterprises (SMEs). Its main intervention is SCORE Training, a practical training and in-factory consulting programme that improves productivity and working conditions in SMEs and helps them to participate in global supply chains. Phase III is focusing on embedding SCORE Training in programmes and budgets of implementation partners and lead buyers using SCORE Training to develop their SME suppliers. The programme will operate in China, Indonesia, India, Viet Nam, Myanmar, Ghana, Ethiopia, Tunisia, Colombia, Peru and Bolivia with financial support from the Governments of Switzerland (SECO) and Norway (NORAD).
