Strenghtening of Rural Trade Union Organization in post-conflict Colombia

The objectives of this project is to contribute to the construction of peace in Colombia through respect for the rights of workers, namely: freedom of association, consultation and participation for rural development, collective bargaining and gender equality. In addition, the project will contribute to greater representation, organizational capacity and socio-political impact of rural workers' organizations for the construction of the peace process in the rural sector.
