Better Work Viet Nam - Phase III

Better Work Viet Nam is entering into its third funding phase whose overall goal with be to significantly scale up its operations and impact. Better Work Viet Nam aims to achieve the following headline objectives in the coming five years: 1) focusing on what we know works best and has greatest impact at the factory level, for workers, for enterprises, and for the industry; 2) enhance the institutionalization of Better Work results in national and industry level policymaking; 3) deepen the practical role of national stakeholders in promoting and implementing the Better Work mission and objectives. Better Work Viet Nam will seek a critical mass –or tipping point- of influenced enterprises, beyond which responsible labour practices start to become the de-facto business culture, both in Better Work factories and across the wider industry.
