The project "Strengthening social dialogue through capacity building of workers' and employers' organisations will contribute to developing and reinforcing quality and effectiveness of social dialogue in the Member States and candidate countries. The project is organised in two parallel actions as follows: 1. Youth Academy for UNI Europa Finance; and 2. Employers' Young Professionals' Academy
