Improving Social Dialogue in Working Life (a)

The overall objective of this project is to promote social dialogue at all levels in Turkey. The specific objectives of the project are to increase the capacity of social partners and relevant public institutions and to raise awareness on social dialogue at all levels. The project will be implemented through technical assistance (TA) and grant components. The TA component will implemented by the ILO in close cooperation with the Ministry of Labour and Social Security (MOLSS). The grant component will aim at strengthening social dialogue at branch and enterprise levels through direct engagement of trade unions, employers’ organizations as well as workers and employers themselves.
