Review of options on the organizational structure for PASI investment activities

Project activities are based on a detail review of the Terms of Reference provided by PASI “Best Structure for PASI investment activities – Terms of reference” as presented in appendix of the attached project document, as well as some documents that had previously been provided by PASI, including PASI’s Investment Department Policies and Procedures Manual and the KPMG report entitled “Business Planning for setting up a Real Estate Services Company/Investment Management Company.”
