Increased capacity of constituents to engage in the standard-setting on violence and harassment in the world of work and its follow-up.
The Global Product will support the preparatory work, at the global, regional and country levels, of the standard-setting process, will service the Standard-Setting Committee at the 107th and 108th Sessions of the International Labour Conference, and will support its follow-up following the eventual adoption of the instrument(s) in June 2019. In preparation of the second standard-setting discussion, an informal tripartite consultation will be organized in March 2019 bringing together tripartite constituents to discuss ways to find a middle ground on a few, key issues on which views still differ. To support the follow-up to the eventual adoption of the instruments, a global multi-media campaign will be developed together with ILO’s constituents and other key actors outlining the overall communication and outreach strategy, the plan of action and its implementation.
