SKILL-UP Ethiopia (Upgrading skills for the changing world of work)

The overall strategy of the SKILL-UP project is based on strengthening of social dialogue and increasing equality and inclusion. The ILO will offer advice on how the country’s skills system can be reformed to enable such scenarios, and how reform can be operationalized and financed. All inputs above will be produced in partnership with national constituents and other relevant stakeholders. Depending on constituents’ needs and requests, project findings and resources may be utilized towards the development of a skills strategy for Ethiopia to boost inclusive trade and economic growth.
