UBRAF Country Envelope: Mozambique.

The proposed intervention will contribute to the reduction of HIV infections, uptake of HIV testing and other non-communicable diseases in the public sector and also will contribute to improve the capacity of national authorities to deal with issues related to stigma and discrimination by supporting capacity building to the Ministry of Labour and the Ministry of Justice. The expected changes of the proposed interventions are: Operational plan of public sector implemented (home affairs, education, 1 more) to increase the access of workers to testing, treatment and reduce stigma and discrimination in the workplace; and Judges and labour inspectors provided with tools to monitor and supervise the implementation of the legal framework and advocate for promotion of gender rights at the workplace. .
