The immediate objectives of the project will be to mobilize and sensitize workers among male-dominated sectors for increased uptake of HIV VCT services; and to strengthen capacity of the private sector to institutionalize and implement the resource mobilization and accountability framework of the one dollar initiative for HIV&AIDS.
