Joint UN Plan on AIDS in Ukraine (UBRAF) – additional funding from the UNAIDS 2018-19 budget

The proposed intervention will contribute to HIV prevention, reducing HIV stigma and discrimination and scaling up of HIV testing in maritime sector of Ukraine through training, advocacy and VCT events organized and implemented in cooperation with Maritime Transport Workers’ Trade Union of Ukraine, project main beneficiary. Project activities will also contribute to progressing with implementation of UNAIDS Fast-Track Strategy in Odessa region.
