The two objectives of the project are: To strengthen capacity of government and social partners in expanding HIV workplace program promote HIV prevention, testing and referral to treatment services available in private sector; and to strengthen the capacity of national services in charge of social protection to increase access of People Living with HIV and other Key Affected Populations to social protection system.
