The ILO's support to the FORMAPROD Program specifically concerns the sub-component of Component 2, which is the skills training component that integrates dimensions on entrepreneurship and decent work. It is thus developed around four main activities, namely: (i) review of the training repositories in entrepreneurship, (ii) design of new repositories on behavioral skills and decent work, (iii) training of trainers and (iv) training of young farmers. The overall objective of the FORMAPROD program is to contribute to the improvement of agricultural productivity and the increase of family farm incomes, through the vocational training of rural youth.
