Strengthening the Right to Pay Equity and Childcare in Jordan

The project "Strengthening the Right to Pay Equity and Childcare in Jordan" aims to promote better working conditions for women in Jordan through community organizing and advocacy to promote political and legal change in the private education and health sectors. The project will implement gender responsive human resources practices in the given sectors, including expanding childcare facilities in Jordan to create an enabling environment for working parents to manage family and work responsibilities.
