The project will promote the insertion of migrants and refugees into the labour markets of Peru and Ecuador, under decent working conditions. The project will promote the inclusion of migrants and refugees into the labour markets of Peru and Ecuador under decent working conditions by a) incidence on the structural conditions of labour institutions to favour the socio-economic insertion of migrants and refugees as dependent and independent workers; and the generation of institutional capacities in the Ministries of Labour for the labour insertion of migrants and refugees in decent working conditions, including access to Public Employment Services and the strengthening of labour inspection services.
