Strengthening ANETI's organizational competence for the benefit of Tunisian job seekers and providers
The ILO will support decent work and inclusive employability in Tunisia by supporting the National Agency for Employment and Independent Work (ANETI) in the promotion of a demand driven professional integration of women and men. The ILO will support the general organization, governance and operating procedures of ANETI through the following axes: The mainstreaming of ANETI’s quality management system (QMS): ANETI has taken the strategic decision to adopt a quality management system, by applying the ISO 9001:2015 international standard which is a set of policies, processes and procedures required for planning and execution. The standard is used by organizations to demonstrate the ability to consistently provide products and services that meet customer and regulatory requirements, and that quality is consistently improved. Whereas the reflection started in other Norwegian-funded employment projects, through this project ILO will train all staff – both locally and all over the country – on the QMS, including Quality Internal Auditors, and will carry out the necessary audits to obtain certification. Laying the foundations of an ANETI Academy for continuous know-how development and the appropriation of new knowledge and skills for: All ANETI employees, by offering them all the resources they need to properly exercise their functions, ranging from simple and pragmatic guidance to technical knowledge specific to their tasks; Managers, providing them with the attributes they need in their functions, including how to communicate with their teams on strategy, and how to be themselves the guarantor of performance and services delivery.
