Ruta de Inclusión Laboral con enfoque en formación profesional dirigido a víctimas del conflicto armado interno en Colombia

The project consists of cooperation and technical assistance from the International Labour Organization (ILO) and the Organization of Ibero-American States for Education, Science and Culture (OEI), to the actions of the Colombian Ministry of Labour for the development of a labour inclusion route, which in general terms, seeks to improve the employability conditions of the population victim of the armed conflict in 8 cities of the country, through a strategy that will mitigate the barriers to access to employment, including those of human capital. Therefore, a strategy has been designed that allows the development of actions for training that respond to the identified demand for human talent and, additionally, the development of other actions, aimed at mitigating conventional and non-conventional barriers that prevent the labor insertion of the population participating in the project.
