Supporting Soft Skills Development for Youth through Education and Vocational Training Programmes

This project aims to contribute to increased decent work opportunities for Cambodian youth. Specifically, the project supports young women aiming to find decent employment by: Contributing to the development of Cambodian youth’s core soft skills; including business management, communication, problem-solving and teamwork; Promoting alternative paths to decent employment, including cooperative models and other social and solidarity economy enterprises, through a combination of soft skills and entrepreneurship training; Capacitating key government ministry and NGO partners to sustain support to youth using approaches and tools used following completion of the project.
