Independent Review of the ILO-Flanders technical cooperation Fund

In accordance with the Cooperation agreement between the Government of Flanders and the International Labour Organization (dated 7 March 2016), an independent review of ILO Flanders Technical Cooperation Fund (also called Trust Fund) will be undertaken Between May-September 2020. The independent review is managed by ILO-EVAL. The review examines the relevance, coherence, effectiveness, impact (where possible) and sustainability of all Trust Fund supported activities under the current agreement starting in March 2016. It will also review the effectiveness of the cooperation mechanism as a whole under the current agreement in comparison with previous forms of cooperation with the ILO.
